Stables, Corporations, LLC or Estates          $25.00
(Individuals with 5% or more interest are  required to apply for an owners permit)

Vendors                                              $25.00

Fingerprint Processing Fee                   $37.00
(Fingerprints are required for new applicants and every five years thereafter)
